Saga Content’s Purdue Day of Giving campaign shattered the world record for a single-day educational fundraising campaign once again — raising $28.2 million from 15,181 gifts on April 26, 2017.

Our work of course involved more than the single day — it included everything from creative strategy, branding, website design and social ambassador training to videos, social content publishing, social media management and physical collateral such as T-shirts and stickers.

With orders to keep James and his music at the center, we filmed a seemingly "single take" video that built in intensity from an intimate solo black-and-white performance to a full-color, stage-lit rock concert.  

With no paid promotion, the video has reached 2 million views in the first month and received critical acclaim.  Current view count: over 25 million.

To help Princeton University boost flagging Annual Giving numbers (particularly alumni participation), we led a month-long One More Roar campaign in June 2016 to drive awareness and donations. 

Through a creative strategy of daily motivational social graphics and video content, by the end of the month, One More Roar had drawn 10,511 donors, the highest one-month total in Princeton history. One More Roar helped the Annual Giving campaign raise $59,334,144, the second highest total in Princeton history, with participation from a whopping 58.4 percent of all undergraduate alumni.

NEW BEAT FUND

SoCal pop-punk band New Beat Fund asked us to direct the video for their new song "Sikka Takin' the Hard Way."

Impressed by the band's fun-loving attitude, we crafted a convoluted narrative around a stolen guitar that allowed the guys to have as much fun filming as they do playing music.

As a follow-up, we created a sweeps campaign where a lucky winner could win the guitar featured in the video.
