To help drive customer loyalty and more frequent usage of PetSmart’s mobile app, we managed a regular content publishing program for their app together with TeamStream Productions.

We created dozens of pet-focused videos, photo slideshows and articles each month that were categorized by specific pet ownership to allow for customized content feeds that were updated twice weekly to provide regular fresh content.
